Action for Democracy (A4D) strongly condemns the assistation attempt of former President Donald Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania, USA, and wished him and others who were injured a speedy recovery. We are shocked and appalled by the shooting and unequivocally and strongly condemn all forms of violence. Political violence has no place in any democracy. A4D calls on all Americans and those throughout the world who value democracy and freedom to stand united in condemnation and opposition to political violence.
